We have ensured the quality of our products by introducing a product evaluation process supported by on line factory inspection by our team of engineers.

This process includes:
1. Initial subjective evaluation of prototype samples by Ozito R & D staff and testing conducted in our Shanghai test lab.
2. Complete knock down of samples and component comparison with competitors products. This is also done independently by one of our Authorised Service Agents who are particularly experienced in field fault rectification of all power tool brands.

3. Full scale product testing. This process involves drop and impact testing, powered up switch cycling, temperature rise and endurance testing to mention only a few.

These tests are conducted by our own R & D facilities plus SGS (Australia) Pty Ltd who are a world renown testing authority.
Ozito have the capability to certify power tools to any standard required in the world today including UL, SAA, CE and EMC.
