DRILL DRIVER BASICS
Our PXC Drill Driver is a great tool to have in your kit as it’s perfect for any home drilling or driving. If you’re not sure if this is the right drill for you, we’ve put together some of the drill driver basics to help you out.
This drill can do the really simple projects like putting together a flat pack or even larger projects like drilling holes in sleepers. Another great feature is the two-speed gearbox, which gives you more flexibility for how you can use your drill. The first gear is ideal for driving larger screws, while the second gear has a higher speed ans is great for materials like stainless steel.
It has a single sleeve chuck, which is perfect for single-handed bit changes, along with the adjustable torque settings that help you achieve the right screw depths.
If you have a larger project you need to work on, you can also change the battery to a larger one for a longer runtime.
