HOW TO DRIVE A SCREW IN STRAIGHT
Here are a few quick tips to help you learn how to drive a screw in straight. Use this guide next time you want get the perfect finish on your DIY project.
First up, make sure your drill bit is sitting securely in the top of your screw. Then no matter what angle you want to drive the screw in, ensure that your drill is following that same straight line. Apply a little more speed and pressure as required to drive the screw in.
Practise make perfect, so give it a go with some scrap material.
